Las matrículas de motos crecieron un 34.9 % en febrero
Bogotá, marzo de 2022. En febrero, el mercado de las motos continuó con una buena dinámica al registrar 74.825 motocicletas nuevas, un incremento del 34.9% frente al mismo periodo de 2021.
Bajaj fue la marca con mayor crecimiento, 118.6% y 13.837 unidades; En segundo lugar se ubicó Yamaha con 11.771 registros (10.3%) y en tercer lugar AKT con 9.427 registros (27.0%). El top cinco lo completaron Suzuki con 8.706 (76.1%) y Honda con 8.184 (-6.2%)
Cundinamarca, Antioquia y Valle del Cauca fueron los departamentos con mayor número de motocicletas nuevas registradas con una variación del 72%, 22% y 8% respectivamente frente al mismo periodo del 2021.
Por cilindraje el segmento de 0 - 250 registró 72.852 , un 35% más que el año anterior, seguido por las motocicletas de 250 - 500 CC con 1.586 unidades (42%), las de 800 CC con 254 matrículas (20%) y > 800 con 133 (19%)
En el acumulado de los dos primeros meses del año, el resultado de matrículas es de 137.344 un aumento del 35.9%. Y de acuerdo con los cálculos de estacionalidad del mercado de motos, se proyectan 882.000 unidades al finalizar el 2022.
